PERSSEH Corn sprout oil is an oil extracted from corn germ by cold pressing without the use of hexane or other common chemical solvents.
In oils obtained by cold pressing, the oil grain is pressed and without the use of heat or organic solvents such as hexane (which is the usual method of lubrication of oilseeds), and only under the effect of mechanical pressing, the oil from the grain The oil comes out. The result of choosing this method for lubrication of seeds is less quantity and quantity of oil but a higher quality of the oil.
In oils obtained by cold pressing, the process temperature does not exceed 50 degrees. Therefore, maximum nutrient retention and minimum heat damage to the oil (which is the most decisive and important oil damage) is achieved as a result of using the cold press method. Failure to use solvents will not cause chemical contaminants in these oils.
Among edible oils, Corn sprout oil has the highest amount of tocopherols (vitamin E, antioxidants and anti-cancer) and the highest amount of phytosterols (anti-cancer and cardiovascular diseases).
Corn oil has excellent oxidation resistance and high smoke point (230 degrees), making it one of the most heat-resistant edible oils.
Nutritionally, not only does this oil not contain cholesterol, but due to its high content of beneficial phytosterols, when consumed with foods containing harmful cholesterol, it prevents the body from absorbing bad cholesterol.
This oil is absorbed in small amounts compared to other edible oils.
These oils, like all PERSSEH oil products, can be produced in various packages with different capacities and can be sent to all parts of the world.
