Technical description of Freezelite

• a stainless steel conveyor system with one conveyor belt which individually driven by frequency-controlled motor
• an insulating enclosure, plain sheet with stainless steel finish on the inside, profiled galvanized steel sheet with white plastic coating on the outside, insulating thickness approx.100 mm polyurethane.
• a stainless steel control cabinet, including Siemens PLC, Touchscreen display and ethernet interface for open IE communication (TCP, ISO-om-TCP and UDP and energy meter).
• air cooler block as described under “Additional information”, with frame and cladding plates of stainless steel.
• frequency-controlled fans with aluminum blades and stainless steel housing, mounted in the frame of the air cooler.
• an access platform made of aluminum sheet between the conveyor system and the air cooler.
• all roller bearing completely made of stainless steel.
• the complete electrical installation material including cable and open stainless steel grid cable trays.

The fluidised bed freezer is supplied in pre-assembled units for a reduced installation time.

Additional equipment

Belt cleaning system
Belt cleaning system, mounted inside the insulating enclosure, to foam and rinse the belt, comprising:

• a stainless steel nozzle bar for foaming and rinsing.
• stainless steel pipework.
• stainless steel pneumatic valve’s for foam and rinsing pipe outside the insulating enclosure, connected to the pump unit.
• a pump unit for increase of cleaning water pressure, with valve unit for foam generation and cleaning agent injector, for connection to water supply on site.
• control part and freely programmable sequence program integrated in main control system.

compressed air: 6 bar, 200NL/min., oil-free

Camera system for monitoring process area
Camera system for monitoring process area, comprising:

• one camera with heating case.
• on PC with monitor and recording function.
• control part integrated in main control system.

• discharge temperature: -18 °C (levelled out)*

• product enthalpy: 343 kJ/kg (82 kcal/kg)

*) After discharge and product-specific temperature equalization, the product temperature in the product is measured in a completely insulated testing container.
